★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do like the food and eat there a lot but 1 new lady that works there she is very stingy with the portions and now the price has gone up I will think twice about paying $13.90 for the large, I know they need to make a profit but you don't do that losing customers. Changed my mind now only 1 star my mate ordered there today came out and only 3 pieces pork come on for $13.90 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly the healthiest option for ppl on diets. But this is my go-to place to get a meal when I'm hungover. The chilli karaage and creamy chicken combo is so damn good. I'd give it a 5 star but some workers there don't give you much meat at all. One time I got a medium with only 3 pieces of karaage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for large bowl. Got home and Lucky if bowl was 3/4 full. 3 bits of lettuce. 4 bits of beetroot. Meat was very scarce. Very disappointed

Customer service not great. Need to slow down and listen to what the customers are saying to get their order right.
Try to remember who the regulars are and be more friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the food and my grandsons love it as a treat when they come to town - so today we headed off to Trafalgar Square for lunch and some shopping. My grandson is 8 and pretty slow to make up his mind ... but he looks about 13. The woman serving at &bowl kept rolling her eyes at him ... friggin rude. Well I hate that. Service isn't service with rolling eyes lady. I will never buy from you again ... full stop.
