They also tactfully suggested reviewing the letting price given the market at current time I'm trying to let the property. The team at Oaks Property Management took on the property management & supported the paperwork side of matters very competently with adjustments made as I had requested. Overall a pain free process. Definitely the best Property Management Company in Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealings with Oaks property have been unsatisfactory and negative. The property manager Ujjal Sarkar has provided poor service. His communication has been non existent as he would not respond to emails. Have had to call him numerous times to follow up on bond refund and 1 week overpaid rent to be refunded up to 2 months after moving out. Call made to Oaks Property head office to make a formal complaint to a senior member of staff and had no response or call back.
Very disappointing experience with your service as when I had confronted Ujjal about his lack of communication, he was rude and unhelpful. Was informed that the overpaid rent would be refunded on the 15th of the following month due to their payments schedule which we were never informed of in the first instance. This delay is a major inconvenience to us, especially during the Covid Lockdown. Also I do not feel it is fair to be made to wait to be refunded for another month due to the incompetence of the property manager.
Strongly recommend to avoid renting through Oaks Property Management Ltd.

I haven't come across with many issues and I must say that the property manager is looking after the property exceptionally. Recommended to both owners and tenants who are looking for someone professional.
