β β β β β This is a great location to explore Auckland's CBD and wharf. We had a few minor house keeping issues but all of our requests were handled in a timely and professional manner. The unit is very spacious and the action around the wharf was very entertaining.

β β β β β The team at quinovic have been great to deal with. Their patience, understanding and assistance has been extremely helpful. They were in the unenviable position of having to break our lease in contract due to unforeseen circumstances and made the situation as easy and painless as possible by offering alternative properties and being super flexible around our exit. Highly recommend them as ethical and honest for both owners and tenants.
