After that though, The Oasis Beauty got in touch with me and they helped me to contact mynaturalhealth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Oasis sunscreen. Our family has used it for many years and I rave about it to my friends. Unfortunately the three tubes I purchased were from a faulty batch and the sunscreen was really difficult to rub in. I contacted Oasis Beauty about this directly and was told they would send replacement tubes to me. It has been 7 months since I made contact and I have touched base with them twice since then but I still haven’t received the tubes. I’m worried if I purchase more sunscreen for this summer if it’ll end up being the same batch again - it is an expensive product to have to throw out three tubes of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication from Sales/Operations manager. Sent several emails to them but only received reply after 4-5 days. Very unfriendly for trade customers. Also very high discrepancy in prizes from their advertised prize on website and the listed prize on order form. I ordered wholesale items from them, some of the item costs more to me while the same products were 5 times cheaper on their own website for retail customers. I called operations manager and explained this, as this was not fair for business. Instead of apologizing he said he cant do much about this. Also asked for refund of adjustment for next order, He clearly DECLINED and disconnected my phone line prompting me not to order anymore in future. Very very poor customer services. I do not recommend this brand and do not recommend to deal with their managers in future. "ZERO STARS"
