★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health and beauty shop on queen street. Music is high in the shop lots of young girls shopping around. In terms of pricing it is not that affordable but beauty is priceless. I hope those products will do what they are supposed to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Sephora on a very large sale event. The store was extra busy and unfortunately I looked for some help from a sales assistant but no one was available. I was able to find what I wanted eventually. A beautiful, bright, well laid out store. My daughter purchased a few lovely items and apart from a 10 minute wait in the cue, the sales people were lovely and she received some little treats (always a bonus) Would love to call in again when it is not quite as busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the WORST shopping experience using Sephora's app. Ordered a perfume set to be sent from Queen St to West auckland (only about a 20 minutes drive away). Sephora quoted two days for it to be delivered since it was within Auckland, Waited a week and no delivery so I got in contact with a sales rep through their website who claimed they were looking into this and then emailed me back saying the couriers were just experiencing a delay. waited another week and parcel still did not arrive, and tried to email the sales rep who ignored me for four days. finally called up the couriers myself to discover sephora never filed out a dangerous goods form which is why the couriers never delivered my parcel. Parcel still has not been delivered and that sales rep still hasnt replied to my emails, have no idea when this parcel will turn up, in three weeks or four weeks time? i regret it so bad for ordering from sephora, absolutely poor poor customer service, tried to file a complaint with the live chat function who rejected my request. so i've had to resort to leaving bad reviews on here. Honestly guys, save your time and energy and go order from MECCA!!! Never ever had an issue like this with mecca, always amazing and fast deliveries, I've never ever had to get in contact with half of auckland myself trying to get my tiny order to come. this will be my last ever order from sephora, i will be sticking to mecca from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a loyal customer having a business on Queen St often come to Sephora. Staff asked me for a mask exemption 3!!times. Is it not enough to show once to the security guy? Also been told all online orders come from Singapore and is a fee, which is incorrect because all Sephora nz orders free shipping.
