★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given an estimate of $9k and was invoiced $42k. I was charged for querying their findings and when ever I asked a question. Every time they changed engineers, my charges increased because the new person took so much longer to understand our work. I have dealt with engineers for 18 years and never come across such difficulty or such poor service. I found Tony O'Brien to be extremely rude, offensive, with very poor customer focus. Avoid this company unless you want stress and huge expense.

We commissioned OBD to undertake design for secondary structure supporting a significant array of complex services more than 9m above the ground. Due to structural and acoustic requirements we had limited options for support along with a tight timeframe and a client led desire to avoid fabricated section.
We found ODB communicative and responsive and open to working within the constraints we had. The result was a comprehensive set of design documents that allowed construction to be priced accurately and be constructed efficiently.
