Shelkam Engineering is owned and operated by Mohanan Nair, who has been in the engineering industry for over 30 years.
Mohanan started his engineering career in India after completing his graduate degree in Production Engineering. He worked in a reputed automobile company for 17 years before relocating to New Zealand. He founded Shelkam Engineering in 2009 and is successfully running this business which currently has four modern CNC Lathes and one 4 axis CNC Milling machine capable of producing high precision components for prototyping and batch production.
He has developed a reputation for excellence over 11 years in business providing affordable, fast, and high-quality service to many customers. His growing business is testament to how customers have put their faith in his expertise and craftsmanship.
Shelkam Engineering relocated to new state of the art, modern facility at Silverdale, Auckland in 2017. It is now catering to the needs of a growing number of clients all across New Zealand.
