β β β β β If you want an alarm for your car Julian is the man to see. I drove all the way from Auckland to get an alarm installed. Julians knowledge and installation work is perfect. Looked like a factory installation. After the alarm was installed he walked us through all the features. Excellent. A++++

β β β β β I could not fault the service provided by Julian. I had never needed to install an alarm before and Julian made it an easy experience. The website contains very useful information about all aspects of vehicle security. Communication was clear and options presented in an easy to understand manner.
Installation was a breeze! Dropped the car to Julian at about 8am and he dropped me at work in the CDB and picked me up at 430pm. Julian then walked me through what he had done, where the alarm/siren/immobiliser was installed and answered the couple of questions I had. Paid him and drove home.
If you want a highly professional install and an excellent customer experience and service for an alarm install donβt go past Julian.

I arranged for Julian came to Auckland for two jobs, to fit Cobra alarm/immobilisers to my Surf and also a friend's Surf.
Julian was a pleasure to do deal with. He turned up on time, did exactly what he promised (plus a bit more) and even made a deduction to his bill because I fed him some pizza for lunch. I ignored that deduction when I paid his bill in full!
Julian obviously knows his stuff and did a great technical installation. He was also happy to chat away and patiently answer a thousand idiotic questions from me.
Having taken a day off work to oversee the installation of both car alarm installations, I had a cool day hanging out at home, chatting about car stuff whilst Julian worked away.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julian. He's one of those rare operators who knows what he's doing and does what he promises. No bullshit, no fuss, no rip-off prices. In fact I think he should charge more for his services.
I'll be using him again for my next car.

β β β β β Julian removed my existing AVS alarm/immobiliser system and sorted the birds nest of wires which was left by the previous owner. I was recommended the Cobra AK4138 system. This included ultrasonic sensors to my cab, fitted bonnet switch, hidden siren, attack-proof immobiliser, as well as a passive infrared sensor to my canopy. After dealing with Julian and reading his website, I feel like I have made the best decision. This man deserves a beer.

β β β β β The most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever had.
Had an alarm fitted by Julian. Luckily I tried starting my van after completion as the battery had been drained. Also lucky that I carry jumper leads as Julian doesnβt. Van was restarted, Julian left me with the arrangement to pay via internet banking when convenient (I was working at a clientβs house).
Went to leave later & discovered my digital dashboard, windows & sunroofs werenβt working. Contacted Julian who said heβd come back sometime the next dayβ¦
The following afternoon, Julian arrived & fixed everything except intercom system which enables driver to talk with passengers in rear seat (didnβt realise this was also not working). He stated that the fuse was inferior & had nothing to do with him. I stated that it worked fine before he arrived & he needed to rectify. This was done and I paid Julian that night.
Fast forward a few days and the recent foul weather making the morning commute quite dark, I found my headlights arenβt working.
Several text messages have been ignored, and Iβm unable to leave a voice message as the numerous attempted calls seem to be terminated.
