Cheryl is owner and instructor at Octopus Yoga and wellness. She loves to focus on a holistic yoga practice of movement, meditation and mindfulness that can be embodied both on and off the mat. She has over 20 years teaching experience. A qualified Haṭha yoga teacher (200 hrs ) and yoga therapist in training. She is also a kids yoga instructor (Kidding Around Yoga Certified), and essential oil wellness advocate and health coach. Cheryl's passion is guiding others to restore their bodies and live mindfully.
