When things are going well they are highly rated but when you don't receive the goods you paid for...well...OFFTHENET were none too helpful!
Finally got a refund for the missing item...
however, STILL waiting for the $165.00 freight to be refunded!
How sad that I have had to chase this and no response nor explanation!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
