★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just found out that the installed oil filter was loose and far from even finger-tight, leading to a slow leak over the five months resulting in a screaming oil pump. I don't like the chances of it living much longer.
Wrong weight of oil was put in, even though it was clearly marked on the oil filler cap. I guess they didn't have the right stuff or didn't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get my car serviced here they said the part would be in within a couple days. Didn’t hear for 2 weeks so called up, they hadn’t even ordered it but said they now would, been another week and nothing. Really frustrating and won’t be going here again
