★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for motor oil changes. Still waiting for them to contact me to change my transmission oil. Apparently they needed to repair a hose on a special tool to do the job. Been 2 weeks now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So easy to deal with super fast and cheap this place is also a walk so probably pay to ring ask if they are busy before just going in otherwise they also give a sticker so if you oil needs just a top up they do it for free. I know where im going for future oil changes for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My previous experiences with Oil Changers at 3 different branches have always been 100% good experiences - what a shame this time was really sub standard. It was a completely new crew from the last visit and it showed. They left oily finger marks on my door, they left oil running down my auto transmission shifter and in the doorway of my camper. They forgot to put a new service sticker in my windscreen and when i questioned them about it, they put one on with the incorrect mileage. I doubt I'll be revisiting this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car’s service done from oil changers, costs $150. They didn’t put the plate back properly under the engine. This plate was hanging and touching the road. I can’t even reverse it. If I tried to reverse it, that plate could break. When I went back to them, they just tied it with the plastic ties. They said, they don’t have grommets to fix it. It was their fault that they haven’t done their job properly. After tied up with plastic ties, it is still not on the place where it used to be.
I also have another car . It’s service has also been done by them.First it’s engine oil was finished when 3000 to 4000 kilometres were left for next service.When they done the next service, it’s engine got faults in it because of excess engine oil
I complained about it. They didn’t take it seriously. They started making fun of it in the staff room.
I had really bad experience with all the services. I will never ever come back and will not recommend to anyone else. I emailed and called the owner but his response was so disappointing. Their service is cheap as they said. But I think their service quality is cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad I took my car falcon FG in with no leaks, it took over an hour and when I got it home the powersteering hoses underneath were broken. Cost $900 dollars to replace. I went back there and they denied it but no service takes over an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a good experience here. Called in the morning and they said no appointment needed, just swing by. Did the oil changes and check a whole host of other stuff at no additional cost. Cleaned my windshield and aired my tires. I was in and out in 15min. Seriously a five star experience!
