★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome mechanic! Went in for a wof. Was cheap and they were really quick. They don't muck around with niggly little things, just check the basics and make sure your car is safe to drive. Can't recommend enough Cheers guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for WOF and failed for steering rack which i found out was damaged from previous accident. I replaced this then fail the recheck twice for no good reason. Took car straight to a reputable garage and it passed.
The owner fails items to get work. Iv since heard of lady with radiator problem/ trans cooler and he did a head gasket $2200 that dodnt need doing as car still had same problem. Stay well clear of this cowboy. Wordsworth autos/ ok motors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a business I would expect a certain level of professionalism when a arranged time had been booked to then be pushed out the door we have no space then referring to a classic ford cortina as rubbish I feel this place is dodgy and it self is straight rubbish dirty the staff don’t speak English worst wof stop in New Zealand!!!! Never recommending will be seeking compensation for time lost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with the Mechanic named John Lee. The guy seemed alright to deal with at first, but he ended up breaking parts on my vehicle because he didn't know what he was doing, so, he decides to charge me for it.
Not a nice experience, steer clear of this garage. He was very rude and just wants your money. Also, my car wasn't even fixed right after paying a ridiculous amount. I had more problems later on with the same issue he apparently fixed. Load of rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to OK Motors for over 7 years now for all my vehicles. Mr Lee does a thorough job. Work carried out is second to none and I am very happy with service carried out. There can be a long wait sometimes but that just means people use him because he is good !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He used to be good but now tries to rip you off everytime you visit. I took the car for wof and suddenly he calls me after 4 hrs and tells me that car started making noise from one of the wheels. It has custom alloy wheels and tyres from last 4 years and has been serviced wof by this guy. He said that i need to change the tyres and wheels to remove the noise. I told him to check again and he said its the big wheels. I took it to another mechanic and it was wheel bearing only. Everytime you go to him he brings a new problem in your car that never existed. I mean some random lights, noise etc. Dont go to him not worth it

These people are just trying to make a buck, they have zero intention to help their customers and it shines through everything they do, from their service to their demeanor and the state of their facility. Do not engage with these people if you can avoid it.
