★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a late lunch early dinner and weren't disappointed my wife had a falafel burger which she thoroughly enjoyed I had the steak which took me a long time to eat because it was so delicious the highlight was the attentive service by a young man called Knock who spent a great time talking to me about the English style real ales and recommending a wine to go with my gorgeous steak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at the café, we were turned away before we even sat down and told that the wait for coffee would be 20 minutes - on a Tuesday morning at 11am! Pretty sure it had something to do with our (well behaved) baby in a stroller. Very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely building friendly staff. My husband and I had lunch my husband had the vegan chicken which was nice. But do not order the Risotto Nero which I ordered and got food poisoning from this dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple bar meal and few drinks was all we were after. Great food at good prices, and an awesome atmosphere. Service was good but let down by bartender being a little "touchy". However will not be back due to the most expensive drinks I have seen in an age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning place to go, mouth watering steak and delicious homemade chips that wasn't deep-fried. Beautiful wine .Great service and really friendly staff. Definitely will take my husband here next time. :)
