★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trained here for close to 4 years. One of the best, friendliest, least intimidating gyms I've trained at. Instructors are top notch, and has a great family atmosphere. We'll structured for both kids and adults.
Had I not moved out of the area, I'd happily keep training here.

Awesome watching the kids grow , not only in the Martial Art, but in been better people as well, every class ends with a little self reflection teaching on how to be a "better person": and I can really see it having and affect on my son as well as the other kids.

There is so much more than BJJ being taught....also what it means and how to be a positive influence as a member of society. My son loves it. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the best place to train Jiu Jitsu. I have trained here little under 4 years and could not recommend this place enough. The head coach Damian is one of the most supportive and professional people I have ever met and has made this gym so welcoming to people. Everyone that trains here always has a smile on their face and is a hard worker. I originally started in the advanced kids class then made my way up to advanced adults, and couldn't recommend children to do this sport as it adds structure. When the Oliver family goes to competitions everyone is so supportive and is always cheering for each other. This gym is like a family couldn't recommend it enough
