★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome vet. We have been a customer for a number of years through good times and bad and can't recommend the team at BayVet enough.
Being a vet can't be an easy job as their patients can't tell them what's going on, but they are experienced, they communicate clearly and walk us through their thinking and treatment plan.
When things don't go well they are caring and compassionate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The empathy of the staff there was amazing .I had to euthanise my 18 year old cat ,a heartbreaking decision...I spent time wth my cat after the procedure so I could grieve for him which I so appreciated I'm truly grateful to the staff !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice vet, had to take my son's cat in for an abcessed puncture wound and just over an hour later we were able to pick up his cat. Second visit to get stitches removed was painless and charges for operation, visit and meds was reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to take my cat in at very last minute for an eye infection and doctor was super helpful and gave me some ointment for my little one which didn’t cost an arm and leg. Great service and am now going to enrol my puppy with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So pleased we enrolled our new puppy here! Had a really great experience, even in lockdown, getting her vaccinations. The team were very friendly reassuring and kept us chatting throughout.
I then called up for some advice in the evening about a bee sting, was put straight through to the vet and got nothing but genuine concern and calming guidance. For a new dog owner, I felt reassured and confident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My semi-wild female cat Snowflake needed medical attention, but she isn't easy to deal with due to her huge fear responses. They dealt with her kindly and within 24 hours, she was almost back to her old self again. They stated she was very good. She had a long-acting antibiotic, an xray and bloods taken.
Squeaky was treated 5th Apr 2022 as her eating was poor and she appeared to have a sore leg. I had taken her to a different Vet previously for treatment and had her bloods done. I was told she had mild inflammation. When I asked what I could do for her, I was fobbed off. I was worried about her as shd had lost weight. BayVet listened and she got an antibiotic & anti-inflammatory injections and now she's a different cat. She is eating well and playing again.
I have to say it's so good to have a Vet listen to the owner, do an assessment and then give a suitable treatment. I am usually quick to pick up a change in my cats.
