★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent crew with challenging workouts. Phil's madness circuits will stretch your core strength, resistance training and leave you leaking rivers of sweat. Morgan will test your willpower with endurance power moves and circuits with no breaks and excellent teamworkouts. Bobby is a little more forgiving for the newbie, yet will challenge you to do more reps than you thought you could. And her boxing combinations will keep mind and body gasping for air. They have all the standard cardio, weighs, and resistance gear, a boxing ring, gloves, pads, a large indoor area for intervals and circuits inside or running around the large outdoor lot.
