β β β β β A nice slice of country. Left to your own devices with a view of Glacial mountains. Friendly family run, dogs coming to say hi. A little dusty and the wifi is a bit ungenerous for this day and age.

β β β β β Great place for a stay around Twizel / Mount Cook. A couple of nice cabins and chalets with plenty of room and that are will equipped. The lodge is located good to get to lake Pukaki and lake Tekapu or Mount Cook. It's close to the town of Twizel so infrastructure like a gas station and a large supermarket are close by.
Sitting in front of your cabin, having a nice little barbeque with Mount Cook in the background is quite a way to end a day off hiking.

β β β β β Nice rooms in a beautiful spot. You can see the Gondor film location and Mount Cook from your window! Very quiet at night and so much stars in the sky above you.

β β β β β We stayed here for 2N3D. Not very satisfied with the house. But the owner are pretty friendly. It has a washer, but the washer is not very clean. The kitchen is equipped with stove and oven but itβs not very clean either. There is no light in the shower, so it will be better if you take a shower before itβs dark.

Amazing huge kitchen and lounge/dining area.
Absolutely beautifully designed rooms, we were in love.
Bed was super comfy and pillows as well.
Power points next to the bed made it easier to charge phones. I have had issues at almost every other place where there are minimal power points.
Amazing decor, just beautiful.
The owners were very helpful are nice.
I would stay here again on my next trip.

β β β β β The apartment is very comfy and big, you have a lot of space not only in the apartment but also on the property. They provided a BBQ grill for each apartment to have a nice BBQ with a beautiful view to Mount Cook. The host family is very lovely and helpful. You can feel time ticking slower there which helps you to relax and enjoy the beautiful apartment.

β β β β β Awesome spot. Wonderful peaceful house with great views of Mount Cook. Very clean. Retro feel. Close to Twizel and to Mt Cook national park. Check out the pic for the view from the bedroom window!! Owners are very helpful yet unobtrusive. Can't fault the place. Highly recommended.
