★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some years I have supported my body as it ages by pro-actively responding to strains, injuries and pain with physical therapy, manipulation and acupuncture. I am a keen gardener, walker and clinical Pilates attendee and while I am still fit and active, I do experience a couple of recurring issues from years of sport and physical activity. A recent move to Cromwell has meant finding alternatives to fill the void left by two long trusted Wellington practitioners who have kept me moving well over the years. Rebecca Bergman at One Body Osteopathy in Cromwell has stepped up with ease to replace both. She has previously practiced Osteopathy in Melbourne and I have found her to be more than capable of providing the complete level of care I have previously enjoyed. I also attend a Pilates group class under her tutorage. In the time I have known her Rebecca has gained an additional qualification in dry needle therapy to ensure her approach is wide ranging and fresh and her skills up to date. In every situation, be it osteopathy, dry needling, manipulation or Pilates, her approach is holistic, considered and professional. I thoroughly recommend her to anyone seeking a practitioner who will confidently treat with compassion and care.

The treatment including the clinical Pilate tutorage I receive under Rebecca’s skilled hands and eyes is amazing. I have struggled for years with back, hip and knee pain. Rebecca not only found a solution which nobody else had worked out, but she also identified a single underlying cause to the separate problems. Her treatment also started to take effect immediately.
