★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to a property managed by One Place in April 2021 (this may not be valid anymore).
Yves-Louis treated us like a cash-producing machine. Property was in a terrible condition, very dirty with a lot of litters and holes. When we raised about these issues, he became very defensive (borderline gaslighting) and was extremely unhelpful.
The only reason we gave two stars was at the end we managed to find a middle ground to break the tenancy early at our cost. I can see they are trying to be better.
To landlords, please consider how the tenants and the property are being treated. If you choose this property management, please ask the right questions so that you have clear expectation on how the property and tenants should be treated. I do hope they get better in the future.

The manager tried to uphold their promise with the tenants.
Even though we did not sign the contract with them in the end, we appreciate Solly's effort. If my friends or colleagues are looking for apartments to rent, I will recommend them to Solly.
