★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope that everyone who comes here do not have too many expectations, I went before the telephone consultation, the receptionist told me to clean the seats for 80NZD, but when I arrived and told me 160NZD, initially I was very trust the store and did not think much about it, I also explained to the store that I was not in a hurry, but when I picked up the car, I found that the stains on the seats were not cleaned very well, visible to the naked eye traces, and make my seat hard, but also turned on my air conditioning heating, they explained to me that my chair material is not right, open the air conditioning is to dry faster, I expressed my dissatisfaction, the store is just as confused, help me clean the main driver's seat again, the male shopkeeper let me arrive home and then close the window in order to dry faster, I found out that they broke my passenger window lift, the window can not be closed, the But I didn't want to go back to that place that made me uncomfortable again and went to another auto shop for repairs.
By the way, the store also thoughtfully presented the glass glue removal service, but only to get the sticker down for you, all the glue marks are still on the top

As apparently my purchase had been sitting on the bench for 2 days.
I already booked my car in knowing the product was on it's way. (Which was communicated by email and I asked if the product could be sent overnight courier) Now I have a car sitting at the mechanics waiting for the item that never arrived , as I find out they only sent the product the day before.
If you knew the part wouldn't get there on time I could have rebooked my car.
So I'm are not happy. Thanks !!!!! I feel like I wasted everyone's time.
The second guy that did send it, I thank him for that. But the other staff member who should have sent it. Maybe he needs more training or learn some communication skills.
