★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a booking for a windscreen replacement including re-calibration with an external party. Had to wait for almost 3 weeks to get an appointment which was also re-confirmed from S&S by email. Tried to drop off my car last night and found out that they forgot to order my windscreen and that it would take at least another 6 (!) weeks until it would arrive. Of course, I was not informed about this in time and of course no one apologized for it. Never again S&S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up to get a chip looked at that was previously fixed by Smith & Smith. I needed to get the certification for a warrant. Although the man on the floor came straight to have a look, he mentioned the repair was shoddy (thanks, I paid Smith & Smith for it), and that I need a new windscreen as it was in my vision. It is easily hidden by sun visor, so unless I'm looking at seagulls it appears ok and they were the ones that repaired said shoddy job. Disappointed Smith & Smith. Funny how one experience can change your thoughts on a business forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to book appt to have my windscreen seal replaced. The girl on the phone booked me an appointment for ten days time. I received an email informing me that before the appt I would need to pay for a new windscreen.
After talking with another windscreen repair company, I was able to book appt for following day at a tenth of the cost. So I cancelled my appt with Smith & Smith pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of workmanship is very poor and almost like they have no pride in their work. This branch has messed up the job four times and still yet to complete the job to an acceptable standard. Customer service is unhelpful and despite organizing appointments, this branch can not keep them without any form of contact to let you know prior to the appointments. Only when my insurance company calls to ask how after 5 months of constant mistakes and poor workmanship the job is not complete and why they have not taken the appropriate steps to complete the work, does the representative of this branch make phone calls to arrange a mobile service only for the technician to not show up or contact me as to why the can not come.
Absolutely disgusting ethics, will never use Smith and Smith for any services in the future
