★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is nothing extraordinary, but if you're looking for a quick meal that you know is going to taste good, you can't fault it. Portion sizes are massive and the prices are definitely cheaper then other sushi places in town.
It's a shame, however, that there seems to be no attempt at recycling going on. There is no 'have here' options so everything is completely covered in plastic. Plastic utensils, drinks, boxes, lids.. even the soy sauce! What is worse is that they don't offer recycling bins - there are simply big rubbish bins at either side of the place. I love the quick and easy service at One Sushi - it's just a shame that I now feel guilty when eating there, and wish there were some options for people eating in that doesnt have to come with such an excess of plastic. I can only imagine how much plastic they go through everyday that is going straight in a landfill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally really rate the chicken katsu on rice - get it most weeks.
Today I had that one that was pre-made (maybe a previous customer changed their mind/wrong order?) - the chicken was warm/cold and the rice was warm, mushy and clumped together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat here nearly every day. Its decent sushi but the service is the real stand out. There's really good variety and it's such a quick lunch! It's priced fairly, fresh enough, and very satisfying. The fried sides and range of seafood options are awesome (I've heard the katsus great too) Fast, friendly, yum and easy. Perfect!
