★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very stressful, unprofessional and rude. I had a case with them since the middle of April. I was promised a quick resolution and that my case was fairly standard when I paid them my fees. The appointed person would tell me everything was moving forward, over the phone. In August we had a face to face meeting where they produced an email dated in June from my previous employer. After that, just excuses as to why they didn't respond to the email, they seemed like they had given up on my case. September, my appointed contact left the company and a "more senior" member of one union was to take over my case. They then completely changed their stance with my case, stating that their previous employee shouldn't have told me it was a standard case and their employer's representative were the ones stalling the case. October, We discussed, over the phone, a game plan for going forward, which included emails to the employer reps which I would be cc into. After 4 days of no emails, I called... The phone call was disrespectful and disgraceful. My senior contact was straight away combative, saying he didn't want" daily phone calls" and I was treating him like "a child" he then hangs up the phone on me. Texts me to apologize 15minutes later and the reason for his behavior was a "difficult midation" he had just been through.
I rated them one star as I got my fees back from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional team. Caring and willing to listen. Dealt with my issue promptly and won the case. I fully understood some cases can take more time but this was resolved in a timely manner. I have joined this union and totally recommend everyone who can, should. We sometimes forget what unions have done for us, every working person, collectively in the past and continue to do so. Thank you One Union.
