★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old building but is doing the job. About the medical company, doctors are good, lack of nurses. One down factor is whenever you call to make an appointment the reception is not answering goes to voicemail a lot. It may take you at least two days to make an appointment. Also they used to opened on Saturday not anymore, why? The reception issue I asked, they reply I got was we are busy & sometimes not enough staff. Who's problem is this I wonder? They have another Branch in Papatoetoe, same thing? Changes need to happen for patients welfare?
