I bought in a bunch of old jewellery and had it made into 3 beautiful new bangles, I could not stop looking at them all weekend, i was in my happy place. Kirsty was so patient and helpful with me, she really went the extra mile. I would happily recommend their services. Thank you again ladies, you made me a very happy lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by to have a look of their range of Jewelry, and was not disappointed at all. The staff were knowledgeable and offered some information on their products. The range of watches and stones were great. There is also a friendly small dog, which will be sleeping half of the time. It's worth a visit if you're wandering around Onehunga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed a watch battery and had it pressure tested. 7 months later the battery died which I found odd. They claim batteries should last at least a year, one staff member also said that watch batteries only last a year. This was the first time my watch needed a battery change in over 7 years. They checked the watch and said it needed a new battery and still charged me another $10. Their pressure test cost more than most places but I thought this would ensure good quality. I wanted to use them for convenience being born and raised in Onehunga but personally will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years have been a regular client of Onehunga Jewellers. Mostly small business but you are always treated to the highest service standards. Eighteen months ago I bought a watch from their store. While recently changing the date the winder came away from watch so, as there was a two-year guarantee in place, I returned it for repair. The store kept me advised on what was happening with repairs and, much to my surprise, after ten days provided me with a brand new watch.

Closer to home, OJ supports a large home, nick-named ‘The Hub’ which was established to create a friendly atmosphere for students who have left home to study in Auckland.
To shop at Onehunga Jewellers is not only to treat you to stunning jewellery but also to be a part of a greater goal.
Not true: I have repeatedly asked that the New owners of OnehungaJewellers would take these words off their new website as they were the principles and were the people I supported when I owned Onehunga Jewellers prior to December 2019. I am really disappointed that they have not done this. It is not HONEST and you are not apart of the above greater goal if you now shop at Onehunga Jewellers. Previous owner: Christine van Gisbergen
