It is such a welcoming studio and every instructor is super friendly and supportive - ensuring that everyone in the class is comfortable and well set up for a great experience no matter what level they are at. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy Onform Pilates. All the instructors are very experienced and treat everyone as an individual creating a relaxing way to enhance your fitness no matter what level you're at. It's great for balance and muscle tone as well as being fun. I can totally recommend Onform Pilates for any age group. Try it you'll love it.

The Onform studio is very well equipped and most importantly the teachers are fantastic. They are very attentive to even small details you can improve in your posture. They are also sensitive to adjusting the level of challenge to your individual condition. The admin support is also very helpful and fast. In short, a great all-around experience - highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best Pilates studio I've been to by a mile. There are plenty of classes to suit different levels and the ambience is gorgeous. It's so easy to book classes and the different membership levels offer great value. Most importantly though, all of the instructors I've had are fantastic and the standard of teaching is really high – the instructors really make you feel welcome, they tailor moves to suit any body niggles you might have and there's no hint of body-judgment or shaming here (very important to me as a fat person). I've had a few health issues going on the last couple of years but Pilates has really helped me to feel stronger in my body and it's such a great feeling. Thanks ONFORM
