As soon as we met you we knew that you were the one we needed to market our sections from our subdivision at Pukekohe. We were so impressed by the way that you were able to think outside of the square, and how quickly you put a plan in place and started marketing our sections.
We had had a number of sections for sale with one of our local real estate agents, and they did nothing for us. Their lack of enthusiasm was disastrous, and they were just all talk and no action. Our experience with you is that you are true to your word, and up front and honest in all of your dealings. What you have told us you will do, you have always done, and we are so delighted with the success you have had in selling most of our sections even before the titles are through.
We have no problem whatsoever in recommending you to anyone who needs an excellent real estate person to market their property.
