β β β β β I was blown away with the new look store. The staff were genuine and friendly. I had the unfortunate need to use the other leading optician in Rotorua recently. I felt like a number, they constantly tried to sell me new frames, even though I made it clear I would not be purchasing any, I felt bullied and pushed around. I only went in to check a problem I was having with one eye. The staff there have a superior jumped up attitude. I ask everyone try OPSM and have a friendly old fashioned experience where you feel like they care about you not your wallet.

β β β β β I had the most awesome experience with OPSM Rotorua (particularly with Carey) when it came to an insurance claim and replacing my bent Ray-Banβs. It was the busy Xmas/New Years period when I first went in, plus I moved cities but my new glasses have arrived to me in Auckland and are just perfect. Iβm so impressed. NgΔ mihi nui team!

β β β β β The eye exam was first class - thanks heaps. The prescription is perfect for my eyes. The fitting of the glasses was really good - I bought 2 pairs. The progressive lenses, which are also transition, are the best I have ever worn. I will back should the need arise.

β β β β β I had a not so good experience with Spec Savers a couple of weeks ago so decided to go to OPSM Rotorua!! Wow! I was not disappointed..
100% better service, friendliness, professionalism and most of all I felt important ???????????????

β β β β β I was very anxious about my left eye last week so physically went to my usual optometrist (now OPSM, to make an appointment, knowing that I probably wouldnβt get one for a good 6 weeks (from past experience) . At reception they sat me down and asked me what was the problem. They then immediately found one of their professionals to see and test me on the spot. There was a problem and then they referred me to have laser treatment and managed to organise that at the eye clinic the very next day. I couldnβt believe how efficiently and quickly this all happened for me. Thank you so much OPSM.

β β β β β Service was good. However the product that was delivered was absolute rubbish and was in NO way what was the final result from the eye exam. Matter of fact the glasses were worse than the pair i wanted to update. Nearly three hundred dollars down the swanny and to add final insult to injury payment was required before i would receive the product. .
Complete waste of time and money.
