★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think perhaps you should ask customers who make an appointment if they know where you are located and inform them if not. That would save driving around Tauriko shopping area, being 12 minutes late and having your appointment cancelled on arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I live in matamata. I had to go back 3 times to get the glasses adjusted. In the end,out of frustration i had to adjust them myself by watching videos on youtube. First the optometrist did not check the prescription properly and then the staff could not adjust them. I guess they do not realise how frustrating it is to wear uncomfortable glasses or they just dont care.I went to two different staff members thinking that if one couldnt do it the other one might but NO. Staff needs more training for sure.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold glasses that cannot be adjusted my face as a result I have severe blisters behind my ears and across my bridge of my nose, the case comes open in my handbag as a result I am suffering awful headaches when I wear them and strain because I can't....I returned to the store immediately once I realized and was turned away and told to buy metal frames. It is not good enough I have never had this problem in the past ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a good experience where I easily booked online an appointment for eye exam and test. Got to make sure it's for the right place and right service (eyes not ears ?) probably the hardest part because the onus is on you ? Once I got it sorted, pretty much no waiting time when I rocked up. Straight into the exam and test. Optometrist was really calm and professional. Picked my frames etc and all done in just a little over half an hour....it was quiet so I'm pleased ? the staff were amazing. THANKS ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eye and hearing test today at Specsavers Tauriko. Super easy process from booking through to today's assessment. Staff were excellent; friendly, professional and thorough.
Procedures were explained clearly for the eye and ear tests.
No cost as I am an AA member.
