★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we did my wife's eye test the service good we paid over 1100 dollars for her glasses. We go and pick it up today at the store in shore city. The guy could not get us out the shop faster than fast. Real shifty service looks like I will find another store or another optom to go too. The guys needs to learn customer service we had to ask him to do the glasses resize and he did not clean the glasses I think he was very rude. I also asked him if he could get me normal sunglasses lenes for my ray ban that is scratched he just said 550 dollars without asking what I needed in the first place......I can go on but I hope he doesn't treat anybody like this again Wayne

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, corporate nonsense optician outlet, with an unwillingness to accept responsbility for mistakes. Their optician gave me an astigmatism prescription that was the complete opposite of what I needed. The glasses themselves were fine, but the coating on the lenses was poorly applied and flaked off after 3 months. No apologies, in fact, I was blamed for this (not taking 'good enough' care of the lens). It was sent off shore (as with all their work) and took two weeks to be resolved. Given I had no problems with flaking after this point and didn't do anything differently, I was obviously doing fine. Came in a year later to have a minor adjustment made to the frame (thankfully they didn't charge me for it) - again grumpily told off for not taking my glasses off 'properly'. Unsubscribed from repetitive texts and emails and STILL get letters from them 3 years out. The sort of pestering that only a bad business model needs to get repeat custom.
These guys were the tipping point for me to finally get laser eye surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted tiffany glasses, OPSM had the ones I wanted. They were really helpful and treated me nicely. The glasses were expensive so I put them on layby and paid them off after a couple of months. It was an awesome experience and I have my eye on a different pair, definitely buying another pair! The glasses are amazing, the lenses are brilliant and I'm so happy!

I went to have my prescription eyeglasses adjusted a few times and staff were always very obliging to do this.
