I was enquiring about yoga classes through a 3rd party website and got a call from a lovely lady there who answered my questions and offered to help me find another yoga instructor closer to me who would meet my needs. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad i found the "adapted yoga" studio. I was only in Chch for a couple of months and was feeling limited from my recovering frozen shoulder. All the instructors were accommodating and helpful with options for me. Rebecca and her team are amazing. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love doing yoga, so I looked up some yoga centre on the internet. Many people reviewed about this centre. That's why I trusted them and I enrolled there. It was really good for relaxing and calm a tired mind. employees was very kind to me. Although, I can't speak English very well but they taught me kindly. If I have a chance to go to there again I would like to enroll again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up a few weeks ago and I've been enjoying every single session. Rebecca is not only passionate about yoga and pilates but she also loves people and has a great sense of community. Her team is amazing, every instructor has their own professional skills, they all complement each other. The venue is quiet, clean, bright and there's space for everyone. I always look forward to my next session and I highly recommend them.
