★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best things I've invested in while in New Zealand! Elfi was an amazing teacher and guide and I felt safe, confident and free to enjoy the ride. I would recommend this horse trek to anyone and encourage it to you even if you are just considering it that it is 100% worth it-whatever your equine experience. The farm, river, BEACH and Cafe was incredible!! Thanks Elfi and family!

The horses had a lovely nature, were well trained and were obviously well-loved members of her family, very personal experience in a wonderful part of the world. I can't wait to go for a trek with Elfi and her horses again! Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best days riding I’ve ever had! I cannot recommend riding with Elfi and her wonderful horses highly enough. Trekking through beautiful farmland and finishing with a canter down the beach was a real highlight. Elfi is friendly, welcoming and professional and her horses are a dream to ride, responsive and well trained but ready to really go for a good trot and canter. It has been the highlight of my trip to New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful ride over hilly farmland with views of the Fiordland and the islands in the distance. The horses are well trained and looked after. Each a friendly character for itself. It was a pleasure to join Elfi and her friends for an extensive and divers ride. Highly recommended if you are in the area and looking for a quality riding experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed a trail ride with Elfie and her friends in Dec 2021. Lovely, happy horses that are fun to ride. Amazing scenery and land to ride over. Comfortable saddles (for both rider and horse). Highly recommended. I hope to be back again in future.
