★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This very hard working couple have had a very hard time not only with CV but also being a victim of a fire in a neighbouring business. They provide excellent baking, are friendly & very thankful for loyal customers. We will continue to support them as best we can & we make some substantial orders for functions ... always on time, nicely packed & delicious!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're right! Really good pies with delicious filling. The shop was still busy with customers at 1pm on a Saturday morning but they had turned their warmers off to save power. Offered to zap my pie in their microwave. Not good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m back visiting from Sydney. It was important to me to satisfy my proper kiwi pie craving. Orewa bakery didn’t disappoint. Classic mince and cheese hit all the right ratios of ingredients. Solid job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a couple times now. Pies are definitely a 5 star. Huge, good pastry, flavour. On the flip side beware of being yelled at if you have a medical exemption for a mask as I experienced both times. But I will say she is consistent lol.
