β β β β β Nice and easy, select what you want, our selection from takeaway buffet was tasty, good selection choice _ well stuffed that up, clearly not a foodie place, though the repair job was done good, courtesy vehicle provided, provided good contact with repair progress. That should tidy up the confusing response.

β β β β β Disgusted with the workmanship of OREWA Panelbeaters they quoted the work on my car and did not complete the work as per what was agreed on top of that they painted directly over rust , hopeless workmanship would never use them again completely unprofessional a simple job was obliviously way beyond their ability , after I complained he admitted his mistakes and said they would fix it but never got back to me complete time wasters , this review is not meant to be nasty it is a honest review of my experience at Richards business

β β β β β My work vehicle was booked in for Mon 8th March for rust removal so that my windscreen could be replaced due to a large crack. there is a time factor as this is a work vehicle and needed every day.
My PA arranged this with Richard! and upon dropping off he was extremely Rude and refused to acknowledge that my vehicle was booked in.
its a lot of wasted time and reshuffling clients and i am seriously unimpressed.!
Richard needs a reality check and a course on how to deal with customers.

β β β β β Great job: Due to a distraction from a local mobile glass service the rear window was not taken out to carry out rust repairs.
Both Richard and Kevin went the extra mile to rectify the situation and I ended up satisfactory outcome.
