Stew contacted us for our office clearance service which due to policy changes we had to cancel his collection 5working days beforehand giving him plenty of time to organise with another company. This was not the end of it he left a negative review on a service he never got even though he admits we had the right to cancel. He mentioned bad business, the reason we cancelled was because it would of been bad business for us to collec such a small amount with the costs of fuel men vans congestion ulex etc being more than the value of furniture even if for free. Turns out there`s nothing legal we can do but i wanted to state our side of the story & i don`t think bad reviews should allowed unless there was actual use of the service or a broken contract. We never even met this guy.
