★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for Wellington On A Plate, it was a fantastic event. The food was by Zibbio and was of course outstanding, but it was the combination with this venue that made it truly memorable. The guided walk around the farm was beautiful, great views, and hearing the history of the place. Nice packed lunch provided. In the evening the outside fire was lit and an array of pre dinner drinks circulated while all the guests got to know each other. Dinner was stunning, featuring local foods paua ravioli, truffle oils etc. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast next morning help yourself to bacon and eggs. It was the best WOAP event I've ever been to, I'd do it every year. Terrific.
