Ross was friendly and seemed to be good on our onsite meet up. I thought this would be an easy job and had confidence in Osbournes abilities for a small job. it was to produce louvres for three small windows and one large.
We received the quote and the labor of the install seemed pretty high, so we asked for breakdown in the install costs but I went on to confirm the production of the louvres.
From there we haven't heard back from Ross about the job after accepting the quote. We generously gave Ross two weeks to reply and this has left us in the lurch with keeping our timeline.
