★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't stay here everyone has big mouths and tells on you for the smallest thing and they listen and don't bother to ask you if its true or not then you get a warning letter or asked to leave or kicked out with 28days or on the spot I know all this as I worked there and lived there and they charge you for everything they can and like keeping bonds to so DON'T STAY HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2years met people from all walks of life it's not the flashiest of places to stay caravans leak badly in winter some parts of the park theres flooding like all around our area which had been going on for 2years now and still the owner turns a blind eye hes more out to get your money than to actually look after the tenants needs unless you make it homely and warm I feel sorry for any person moving into 1 off there caravans this winter.Your better of renting a room and hey dont forget to take your own toilet paper ...Yes it is a caravan park but no you have to supply your own toilet rolls ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fast to take your money but when they owe you your rent money back because you have moved out and your payment wasn't stopped on top of that they take days to give your money back and you have to ring them continuously because they said it will be in the next day. Also they don't give your full amount back they say they can't because they keep your tax!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my wife we were on the way in New Zealand with a camper van.On the 13th/14th March night we spent a night at the OTAHUHU CARAVAN PARK.
What we learned there:
-excellen organized with cosy atmosphere
-all infrastructure facilities worked perfectly and well maintened
-due to the introduced regulations everything was running in a disciplined way regarding the cleanless and quitness
We can recommend this caravan park for everybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived in a unit. 1 of 5. Complained several times about rats in our food cupboard. They came into our unit while we were at work which we found that they couldn't do without 24 hrs notice, then we were given 28 days notice to move with no explanation. There is drugs happening on site & drinking parties. Fast enough to take the money. 1 make resident hangs around the women's bathroom. DON'T STAY HERE. Council investigating. Anyone who writes negative comments gets taken to Court for slander by the owner Shaun Koh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well run. Residents keep well in line with that too. Very good security. Run very cleanly and everything in good working order. Not the fanciest of people staying here, but decent, easy temporary (or longer) budget accommodation whilst having no need to buy furniture. Current management were good and honest. Real close to highway too.
