Returned shoes to get different size. they sent to wrong address. (who knows why?) No reply on customer "care" (term used loosely) number left messages over 3 days. No reply. Sent email No reply.

Firstly I receive a notification that they received my order only to be informed my order is to be cancelled because do not have the stock and then receive another notification the following day to be informed that my order has been dispatched. Phoned and emailed a number of times for clarity, no response. I have no money returned, no shoes and no answers.

Trying to actually talk to a person or get any sort of response via email, messenger anything is near impossible I actually had to go into a store to try and get them to help me. So you’ve still got my money, I’ve got 1 pair of the 2 pairs of boots I ordered. You cancelled the 2nd pair as you had no stock and then you tell me that because I used a gift card for a small amount of my order that’s how you’ll give me my money back. You can’t supply so that means refund. The gift card should be allocated to the part of the order you could supply. So I’m still waiting and I have been trying to contact you for over a week now with only 1 response and now you’ve gone silent. Patiently waiting while you keep my money and don’t bother responding to me….
