★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bias opinion regarding this place as it is one of my ancestral homes being a born native of the place and one of my 4 of my Maraes in the area which it is beautifully set in a pristine valley overlooking the beautiful countryside my whanau are lovely and very welcoming to all visitors with our lovely little stream the Puniu meandering at the base of our marae where whanau still bring there families for a swim, it is an idyllic setting for people to just relax enjoy the sun and have fun.
