★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great day walk up to the Sawyer Burn Hut, approximately 1 hr 45 minutes from the start at Kidd’s Bush.
Hut sleeps 2 on wooden bunks, open fire for brewing your own coffee, grab some fresh water from the nearby stream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this trail run - it’s really challenging in that it’s steep to start and when it flattens out, you hug the side of the valley along skinny tails. The views are insane! Takes about 45mins to the top of the bush line and then another 30 to the hit running. Look out for Spaniards at the top (green spiky plants - not dangerous, just hurt if they stab you).
