★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor nail spa. Simple hard gel but the outcome was just bad, poorly trimmed my nails, gel polish out of edges, not fully cover of all the nail surface, uneven surface... Just not acceptable and incompetent. Not recommend to do your nails there. Poor customer service for complaints and policies. I think they could have resolved this complaint better.

Reception unattended upon arrival.
Treatment started with a awkward foot soak, sounds devine until you sit in a very outdated "living room" looking at the dirty carpets. This place is NOT a SPA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my partner for our anniversary and had the couples spa treatment. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in through each step to make sure things were okay. We were both very relaxed and feeling good when it was all done. Would definitely visit again for other treatments. Absolutely lovely people., you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Pacific Bliss Day Spa, for a Brazilian Wax. This was the most traumatic experience I have ever had in a spa. She placed the hot wax all over in every spot, then the wax went super hard so made it impossible to rip off the wax, and not to mention incredibly painful, brought me into tears. Then I got told it was my fault and that my hair was too thick to wax. I was left with wax still on my body and hairs everywhere when I left. I just do not recommend Pacific Bliss spa at all highly disappointed in the service, and left in so much pain even days after the wax.
