★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called in without an appointment to see if a blown brake light could be fixed. Although two of their technicians were away sick they fixed the issue on the spot and groomed our Territory, nothing was a bother for them and we greatly appreciated them going the extra mile for us. This is where we will going to have our car serviced in future even if it is an hour away from where we live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked specific work..only to find incorrect work had been completed. That was not the problem. Mistakes happen. The REAL problem was a complete indifference to correct their mistakes...totally indifferent to clients lack of satisfaction...and when we wrote to the manager.. he failed to reply to our communications (at all.) Be careful where you go to obtain vehicle service in Kerikeri is our advice.
