You were comforting yet very professional and at no time did you make me feel silly or inadequate, even as I was annoyed at myself. Thanks so much for your patience in getting me through the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my last scan was very frustrating, I couldn't even see half body of my baby, horrible image, blurred. Pictures came in pieces. Also, staff rude and the manager called me saying i couldnt see a 19 weeks baby body and know how many inches is the baby neither. This radiology must be very bad because in my country the image is perfect, you can see the baby clearly and they still have 3D. Too far for improvement. Frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for MRI scan at Forte 2. One of the assistants kept shouting at me like I was a deaf 5 yr old. It was my first time and she made me more anxious. She was also quite rough. I am a nurse and I know that this is not how you should behave when you work in health care. Her younger companion who did the MRI was better. She spoke gently and I heard her perfectly. A true professional but still one star because I felt really bad and belittled after my procedure which was eventually discontinued as my nervousness was drying my throat and I kept on coughing. MRI is a scary procedure for the first timer and the anxious. Please remember to be gentle regardless of who your client is. I am afraid to go for another MRI again hugely because of that experience.
