Upon my return to your office I was told that the replacement wasn't necessary - the testing station had given a wrong prognosis! Thanks to your workplace advice and administrative follow up, I received a substantial credit to the job quote that made my day. I cannot thank Toyota staff enough as to the honesty and forthrightness this job was handled in extending the warrant of fitness.
