Itβs combined with a convenience store, but separate, so the convenience store staff member wonβt take your pre-labelled pre-paid ready to go package. WTF?

β β β β β Appalling service at this store. The pie is dry, every item is marked up double the price of what you can get it for around the corner at Countdown. The wife and the husband is always on the phone. The wife is extremely rude!!! Acts like she hates the customers and her business. Don't spend any of your money here, they don't deserve it.

β β β β β Worst delivery company I ever had to deal with, they miss the key point of delivery business; the DELIVERY part of it
This is incompetence on its highest level
They do not bother to come knock on your door, but just leave a note in your mailbox so you have to go and do what they get paid for and pick up your own parcel
I strongly doubt they even have your parcel with them in the van as they wont even try to deliver it
Call customer support and get a BS story about why... the whole thing is a farce...
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT

β β β β β It's uncomfortable.
I applied to deliver some baggages.
And I asked the staff about which is cheapest of international delivery but it is not cheapest.
I did not know everything.
It was very expensive and he didn't tell me. I asked my friend about it and go back the shop to cancel my order but I couldn't it.
My orders were 3 international delivered and the price is total about 200 dells. The price is twice of cheapest price.
The shop is not kind.

β β β β β Not the best customer service here unfortunately, staff are often busy talking on the phone and doing other things when they should be giving their attention to customers.
The biggest issue for me however is the delivery of items being couriered from this place. Every single item I have sent via overnight courier has arrived a week late, with one item I specifically paid extra for to have delivered on a Saturday being delivered late the following Tuesday so quite disappointed with the service. NZ Post advise that this is because they are mixing up Courier items with NZ Post items causing extra delays and an extra trip to the sorting centre, but regardless it happens every time so somewhat frustrating this problem is not being addressed!
As for the general store, a good one stop shop for most convenience items so that's the main reason for the 3 stars.

She is kind.
And don't know why some of the review are bad. Been here for couples times.
The print charge is a bit expensive but not a big deal if you really need printing. It's only cost $1 per page. If you don't want spend much, so go further to the library.
Also for sending mail post, it's quite quick. She is nice tho... :-)

β β β β β Probably the worst customer service Iβve experienced in New Zealand. When I had a very simple query about their interpretation of a form I was submitting, they got incredibly defensive, refused to reread the specific sections and started to shout at me in the middle of the shop. I assume it was the owner and his wife, both incredibly rude. It was the most bizarre exchange and safe to say Iβll be using another post shop in the future.

β β β β β The NZ PO box service does not email yearly invoices to you even when you select that as your preferred method in the contract! I tried for them to follow their own terms twice in a row with no change! The second year that I have them take my mail as I was never notifed to pay.
