★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a nice Hemp Sunhat made in Nepal and called Hobo Hatch.I paid $79.00 . I have Seen the same hats exactly At Ohope gift shop and the Pharmacy shop at Opotiki selling for 39.99. I have been grossly overcharged and will not be going to this shop again. I wonder how many other Items have a 100 percent plus mark up on in this shop !!!

It took myself to actually say Hi to the girl today, to which she didn't give a very enthusiastic response. Its not hard to greet customers and might actually encourage them to purchase??

This year we managed to buy all bar one present from Paddington store. Everyone raved about their gifts. Will most likely do this again next year. Thanks Paddington for curating a great bunch of easy, thoughtful and quality present ideas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a wallet from here today, sales rep on the phone was AMAZING!! and said they’ll send my order for an overnight delivery which may come on Saturday, this is AMAZING news for me as I needed the wallet before I left Auckland, honestly I will be buying stuff online from this store again, not only for their professional and amazing customer service but quick response and went out of her way to make sure my request of a bubble wrap was on the wallet before it left their store, 100% deserves a 5star rating, whoever answered my phone at 3:36pm on 22/04/22 you’re a legend thank you.
