★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for this rating, I felt one of the staff i asked for assistance for an item that wasn't on the shelve was rude, it's just how she said it, she said if it's nothing on the shelves, there's nothing, go to manukau paknsave, and she walked away, I was shocked, it's never happened to me before, the staff is normally helpful and willing to help, maybe she was having a bad day, I shop here every week and spend over $200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually my very first Pak'n'Save visit. Definitely a bit overwhelming as I want expecting a Costco-like warehouse expanse. I felt a little lost and unfamiliar.
After the initial disorientation: Excellent prices and selection. Just had to find my way to the center after being directed to the periphery to know where I was going.
Will definitely shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many empty shelves on this visit and only had the expensive toilet paper left on the shelf. It was quite disappointing. Walked out empty handed as everything i wanted was gone, went to countdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst pak'nsave I have been to. No basket just trolleys, which is very inconvenient of you just want a few things and don't really know the layout of the supermarket. Supermarket wasn't really full but there were so few checkouts open that I spent more time in the queue, despite going along every aisle at least twice because I didn't find things. Also the general stock seems to be very limited and lots of things are sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as much range compared to other Pak'NSave's I've been to. Key point of critisism: Almost everytime I've been there, the lines for the tills are very long. There looks to be not enough staff, and limited tills open. You need at least 1 more "15 or less express" the tills and open up more of your tills to account for the number of customers. Staff are algood though, they make the most of a bad situation. Friendly service with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good clean supermarket. Staff are polite and helpful and there is sufficient parking with entrances and exits on opposite sides of the site. Although, I was surprised to see that there is no self-service section, which means that when it is even slightly busy there can be a few queues forming at the checkout counters. So wait times can be a little inconvenient, but if you're not in a rush it's not too much of a big deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Err... Always packed to the max . Checkout always loaded with shopper and not enough workers at bay.. NEVER got a good variety on shelves or stock especially down the baby aisle ? I've already put through a complaint regard to this as I don't think it's fair this store has very little to offer for our baby/toddlers that should be essential I've shopped many Pak n save in NZ and this is hands down the lowest standard of product and consideration. Not sure what's happening here and I don't like to share such a bad review but it's my honest opinion. Overall my only positive outcome of this store was the pleasant, bubbly young girl at checkout. She's very helpful and always smiling and has the best attitude every time I've seen her at work ?
