★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always has a weird smell which makes shopping unpleasant even on the best of days. Staff are often too occupied to help you because they are talking to each other, and the selection for some food is limited.
Wouldn't recommend shopping here.

The experience was erratic, impolite, intruding and unprofessional as the trolleys are old, unaligned wheels and don’t steer straight.
The products that are offered are dented and not specific to if people are vegan, pesceterian and/or keto.
Lastly the wipes weren’t available NEXT to the trolleys so people are more inclined to actually keeping to regulations.
Produce was old- avocados not worth selling
Wet floor signs left all over the place and in peoples way.
Rubbish left on top of the freezers- disgusting.
Chains on ground makes a rattle noise when passing through- have a clip so it’s not on the ground.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop there all the time .. only cause I know where to get everything in a hurry .. its ok people are lovely and respectful some are not bit rude but everything fresh .. but specials change weekly as they do .
Taxi rank right out side the door .heaps of carparking cameras everywhere keep you safe .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like most people have moved on completely, judging by the amount of people not masked up. (& that's fine. Respect their choice). But my preference is to mask up in enclosed areas, purely so I don't "bring anything home unexpectedly" to my loved ones.
The store itself seems to bustling & popular, shelves well stocked & checkout area was a well-managed, steady flow. ?
The one area they "dropped the ball" in was at the lotto counter. The guy behind the counter struggled with something for a customer with multiple tickets/purchases & it took quite some time for him to admit it & for his colleague(trainer?) to take over. Even when she did, she took quite a bit of time remedying the problem. So having a queue building up right at the exit (& with only the one terminal too?) was disappointing and poor planning/management I felt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uninviting needing to be hot washed on the outside , need happy customer service security is not needed wasting money.
Store needs to have a sale area when first enter store to get any products near out of stock or date on cheapest on sale that can be bought without store lossing out if having to throw out keeping customers excited & thoughs on low income.
Hopefully changes allow better reviews from those in the community & newer visitors
